NFC Tag Scanning

NFC Tags are little coin-size stickers (or plastic tags) that can be placed on fire doors, fire extinguishers, or on any equipment.

A user can then use Snapfix to tap their phone next to the NFC Tag.  Snapfix will instantly record the following:

• the users name
• the equipment that was scanned
• the date and time

This is very useful for ‘daily fire exit checks’ in hotels for example.  It proves that the user was physically present at the fire exit, at that time.  This could be critical in the event of an audit or inspection.

It is extremely fast, as the user just has to tap their phone close to the NFC Tag at each fire exit.  No more paperwork or time-consuming forms.
